Xavier Gayten Xavier Gayten 6'0" | 190 lbs | RB Brookhaven | 2024 State MS is a prospect out of the 2024 class that I can see picking up several offers within the next year. Gayten is a running back with break away speed, great vision, and exceptional body control. His 4.4 speed translates well onto the field and he can turn on the jets to accelerate past defenders at a moments notice. Rightfully so as he rushed for over 1500 yards last season. You combine that type of speed and athleticism with his 6’0 180 pound frame and you get the prototypical running back prospect. Gayten has begin to turn heads with his recent performances at combines and showcases such as Southern Elite. So far this year he has went on a few visits to major programs in the state and also received an offer from Southern Miss. Look for Xavier to gain a decent following in the coming months and especially later on this fall.
