Smith is a 2028 linebacker I’ve really liked watching. For starters, he plays fast and does a good job getting downhill once he sees where the play is going. At 6’1”, 206 pounds, he has good size, plays through contact and runs to the football well. Through midseason, Smith has put together 47 tackles, 37 solo, 10 tackles for loss and three sacks. On top of that, he’s forced a fumble and has three QB hurries. Overall, I like the way Smith flies around, gets into the backfield and makes his presence felt on defense.

Smith was one of my favorite players in this matchup. He was all over the field, finishing with 12 tackles, including three tackles for loss and a sack.
I like how active he is around the football and how quickly he gets downhill. He’s a physical linebacker who can make plays behind the line of scrimmage. His production against McComb was impressive, and he’s definitely a prospect I want to continue watching.

I like Smith in the middle of Brookhaven’s defense. He has good size, plays fast and comes downhill against the run. He leads Brookhaven with more than seven tackles per game. McComb wants to be physical, so Smith should be busy Friday night.

Smith is linebacker who comes up and brings the pain. He is an intelligent linebacker who has a good feel for the game. Fans are always going to see him around the football. Smith keeps those shoulders square and he knows when to attack. He sheds blocks and then comes up to make big hits. Smith is a 2028 prospect college coaches are going to want to get their eyes on quickly. The better he gets at moving around in coverage, the more he will see his stock rise.
