To wrap up our top five quarterbacks in the class of 2028 in the state of Kentucky, I have William Shoptaw William Shoptaw 6'3" | 185 lbs | QB Hazard | 2028 State KY . Shoptaw had an impressive sophomore year, completing 210/346 passes for 2,798 yards, 23 touchdowns, and seven interceptions in 12 games. He has a cannon for an arm which he uses to lead his receivers down the field and hit them in stride in the deep passing game. Shoptaw has also shown impressive ball placement, putting his passes where only his intended receivers have a chance to catch them. William is another quarterback who I expect college coaches to be paying close attention to going into his junior year and moving forward.
