Tucker’s outstanding play in 2022 was a bright spot in the 5-7 season of the St. Xavier Bombers where they averaged 21.9 points per game and advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs. He lines up at LT. As a run blocker, he is quick off the ball and does a great job of using his hands and play strength to easily overpower the DE. He displays excellent physical toughness as he finishes the block to0 the ground for a pancake. While in pass pro, he plays with a good, wide base and exhibits good footwork. He uses his great play strength and physical toughness to anchor giving the QB more time to pass the ball.

In 2022, Tucker’s very good play was a bright spot in the 5-7 season of the St. Xavier Bombers where they averaged 21.9 points per game and advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs. He plays as a LT. While run blocking, he fires out quickly and generates movement at the point of attack with his excellent use of hands, leverage and play strength. He exhibits quality physical toughness as he finishes blocks to the ground against DE and LB with ease. In pass pro, he gets good depth in his kick step, keeps his feet moving and uses his good length and quality play strength and use of hands to anchor and give the QB a clean pocket to operate from.

Kattus, sitting a 6’5 285 dominates in the OL position. Utilizing his size and his strength Kattus’ proficiency at the left tackle position is textbook. Creating space for the RBs in designed plays, taking control of the opposing defensive lineman, as well as ample protection for St. Xavier’s QB. Kattus is one to watch as he gets back to the grind this season and I look forward to his future seasons.
