To’a climbs 138 spots and comes in as the 117th-ranked prospect in the state and the DB11 of the class. He’s had a fantastic offseason, and each time I’ve watched Timpview this offseason, he has been making plays on defense, and he’s going to have a great final season. He has a good range, he plants and drives, has good closing speed, and is a physical defensive back. He isn’t afraid to get in the box and chip in and get dirty with run plays. He’ll look to help lead a revamped Timpview defense.
