He’s a key defensive back and has great upside; he’s another fun player to see work on the offensive side of the ball. He’ll be a player who will garner multiple P4 offers. Great potential and ceiling.

Technically he is a new face. He made our initial 2028 rankings last spring and was in the top 12 back then. He left for Hawaii, but he is here and here to stay. He had a good season in Hawaii and has been excellent this offseason. He’s a defensive back that has good range, size, and the long limbs to disrupt passing lanes. He has good hips and is a player with good closing speed. He is an exciting talent and is a P4 recruit.

Malosi was an excellent performer on the night, from the agility drills to positional drills and finally the throwing session. He made his presence known on the night. He has good length, displays good physicality, and has good hip fluidity and did a good job of using his long limbs to disrupt passing lanes. He’s a player who is primed for a huge year.
