Tony Kayrouz – Top QB
Tony Kayrouz was the top quarterback at the tournament and checked every box you want in an elite program leader. He consistently made the right reads, showed a full understanding of both zone and man coverages, and delivered the ball with precision.
Mechanically sound with a smooth, repeatable motion, Kayrouz can make every throw on the field. The ball jumps out of his hand—he can really spin it. Simply put, he looks and operates like a Division I quarterback.

Tony Kayrouz was a real standout on Day 1 at the quarterback position and has a great chance to earn 1st Team honors if he carries that performance into Day 2. He displayed true leadership throughout the day—commanding the offense, being vocal, and keeping his team composed. Kayrouz consistently delivered the ball on time with great touch, making it easy on his receivers to make plays. His confidence is evident, and it translates to everyone around him, elevating the entire offense.

was impressive at AYF Nationals. His improvement from when I saw him at last year’s AYF National tournament to this years, was quite noticeable. Obvious things such as size, body composition and arm strength improved. However, he also appeared to take big steps in things such as leadership and the way he carried himself around his teammates. I can’t say for sure, but it looks like he was way more confident in his ability in 2024. After losing a very physical and close game to eventual runner 14U D2 runner-up Toms River (New Jersey) in their first game, Kayrouz and the Patriots would go on to post convincing shutout victories over the D-Town Steelers (Texas) and Palmdale Knights (California).
