was impressive throughout the whole combine. He had the best measurements in this drill out of all of the linebackers. His two attempts were both two of the top ones that we saw throughout the event. His first attempt saw him measure 10’0″. His second one took a step forwards, being at 10’2″. It was impressive to watch him dominate in this drill, just like he did some of the other ones. What a performance for him.

was flat out impressive in this event. He had the quickest time out of any defensive player and the second quickest time overall. On his first attempt, he was electrifying with a time of 4.07. On his second attempt, it was not quite as good with a time of 4.38. That 4.38 is still extremely impressive. This kind of lateral quickness can be the difference maker on him coming away with an interception or coming up with a big tackle.

showed superior athleticism in every drill at the showcase. He had the second quickest time out of any linebacker with 4.63 on his first attempt. On his second attempt, he recorded 4.66. This time is tied for the third fastest time at his position. His all-around combine numbers are frightening good and will make it intriguing to see if it translates onto the football field for Coweta heading into his senior season. All of the athleticism is there, now does he piece it together to start making a name for himself.

Sowers is a linebacker from Coweta in the 2024 class. We are going to start off with a linebacker that first caught our attention during the agility testing. Sowers was running the “L” drill station and he showed great change of direction ability. Sowers was fluid in in his movement and his hips. In individual drills, he brought the same change of direction ability to the cone drills for the linebackers. He displayed quick lateral movements and finished his drills off with nice hands. Sowers also showed good hand placement in the one on one drills competed well in this facet of the camp. Sowers looks to lead the Tigers this season at the backer position and will be someone to keep an eye out on.

had good all around numbers for all of the drills. He showed speed throughout the 40 yard dash and agility with the shuttle run. In this drill, he showed off his athleticism with numbers of 9’9″ and 10’1″. These numbers can help him on the field as a linebacker. It will be intriguing to see how all of these things can translate on the field with some other factors, as he heads into his senior season.
