Boaten was easily the most natural cover corner on this White squad and spent the overwhelming majority of his time on the defensive side of the ball at practice. Looked natural and comfortable in his backpedal and did a nice job of keeping his shoulders square to the line of scrimmage. When the opposing wideout would get into their break, Boaten was able to plant his foot in the ground and mirror the movement. In pass coverage he wasn’t overly aggressive but used his hands enough to let the receiver know he was there. Good frame and muscle requite to the position. In both on-ball and off-coverage he had eye-disciplined and put himself in good positions to react and make a play.
