6’4, 265 pounds. A scheme/position versatile OL who can dabble with IOL/C alignments in the future. 3.65 GPA. Apparently dealt with a serious injury as a sophomore, yet put forth a great junior year that I tuned into on Hudl. Up 15 pounds since his post-season January weight (250-265). Spent April and May visiting UPenn and Lincoln University.
Tape is just under four and a half minutes long. Tape starts with Wright manning the left tackle position for ACHS, a spot he looks most natural at, yet will of course have to bulk up for if he plans to stay at that position at the next level. Love the mixture of pass-pro and run-blo reps on tape. I come across far too many OT prospects who solely have one or the other, Wright can flaunt production at both. Love the temperament Wright plays with, looks to bury kids in the dirt when the opportunity presents itself. Solid base, it serves as the foundation of his power. If he’s going to man LT, I want to see him consistently set the tone, both in pass or run sets. Rankable prospect.
