Dobbs checks in as the top-ranked QB in the latest update to the 2028 rankings after a breakout campaign with Foothill last fall. The 6’3″/180 signal-caller passed for over 1,700 yards and 23 TDs as a sophomore. He’s a long, lanky pocket-passer that can navigate pressure and shows toughness in the face of oncoming rushers. He’s still developing his footwork and mechanics in the pocket but packs a strong arm, quick release, and can deliver an accurate ball to any area of the field. Dobbs established himself as one of Nevada’s most promising young passers with his breakout sophomore season.
