The #2 QB in the Class of 2028 is looking to improve on a First Team All-Evergreen season accounting for 23 touchdowns. Rory is a dual threat QB that can win with his legs and arm. Rory is a 6’3, lefty, that throws the ball with accuracy and precision. I was extrememly impressed by his decision making and poise for a freshman QB. I expect Rory to have a big 2025 season.
