Expert Analysis

Marzouki already possesses the frame of a Power-5/X-League outside receiver or an oversized slot who can bully smaller defensive backs. What made his performance at the Shock Doctor 7v7 so impressive wasn’t just the size — it was how he used every inch of it. Marzouki ran crisp, clean routes all weekend. Whether he was asked to stem outside on a go-ball or break back across the middle on a dig, his footwork stayed fluid and his speed never dipped. More importantly, he was physical at the release. Defensive backs who tried to jam him at the line were routinely shed with a strong hand or shoulder. In 7v7, where press coverage is limited but still shows up in the better teams, Marzouki made those jam attempts look futile — he was into his route and on top of the defender before they could reset. Marzouki separated himself from the rest of the field. He repeatedly made tough catches in traffic, high-pointing throws in the middle of the field while absorbing hits from multiple defenders. His big catch radius was on full display — quarterbacks didn’t have to be perfect; they just had to put the ball anywhere near his frame and he came down with it.
In red-zone periods he became the clear go-to target. Multiple teams schemed their coverages to take him away, yet he still hauled in several touchdowns by boxing out smaller DBs and using his length to win 50/50 balls. Coaches on the sideline were openly discussing how difficult it would be to defend him inside the 20 when he can line up anywhere. One of the most coach-friendly traits I noted was his versatility. Marzouki spent time on the outside as the X, slid inside as a big slot, and even motioned across the formation to create mismatches. He never looked out of place. That kind of positional flexibility means a college offensive coordinator can move him around to exploit defensive personnel without losing production.

is not just another 7v7 standout — he’s a legitimate high school receiver who already plays like a college tight end/slot hybrid with true outside X ability. The combination of size, route polish, physicality at the line, and red-zone dominance makes him a priority target for any program looking for a mismatch.

Gavin is a player that seems to continously improve everytime that I watch his tape. He is a TE can stay on the field due to his ability to be a solid blocker and pass catcher. Gavin shows strongs hands and runs clean routes for a 6’4 TE. Gavin was named All-Evergreen and is a prospect who I believe will catch some attention this season.

is a rising TE who has been recognized for his high-level run-blocking ability. An assistant coach on his team informed us that he is slowly developing into a force as a tight end. He has an excellent work ethic and consistently puts in high-level efforts. He shows good technique while holding and finishing his blocks. He is mighty at the point of attack. He is physical and very aggressive. His lower body strength, foot drive on contact, and willingness to be a physical blocker stand out in the film.
During the evaluation process for rankings, “Marzouki” was graded out as a potential Div 1 FCS prospect. He is the early selection for the overall #8 prospect in the class of 2027 and the #1 Tight-end in New England in the class of 2027.

Dexter Southfield • 2027 • 6’4 220 @DXSF_FB Football • TE / DE • Basketball PF @CoachCDayHighlight Film Review: He is positioned at tight end and defensive end for his team. He has a combination of size and speed and can change the LOS at the point of attack when playing tight end. His film lacks passing clips to evaluate hands fully. His blocking skills pop on film. He shows good technique while holding and finishing his blocks. He is mighty at the point of attack. He is physical and very aggressive. His lower body strength, foot drive on contact, and willingness to be a physical blocker stand out in the film.
Projection: His physical measurables ( height & weight) align with High Div 1 FCS Tight End prospects and below.

A freshman prospect with several promising pieces to work with, as he enters high school. Already 6-foot-3 and 190 pounds he has length and size, you simply can’t coach. Also possesses a strong work ethic in terms of off-season training and hitting the weight room hard. Also plays defensive end on the other side of the ball. Will likely be moved into a Varsity roll since he was on varsity special teams last year while in 8th grade at one of the NESPAC schools in New England, Dexter Southfield.
