In this report, I will identify five prospects projected to draw early college interest after having impressive freshmen seasons in the fall of 2023. These five prosepcts are all rising sophomores and young with the potential of more growth and development ahead. Their skill set is of higher caliber for their ages and brings enough value to the recruitment for college coaches to take an interest now. These five prospects could also raise their recruiting stock as a result of the time they still have to train and develop before being a college gridiron.
“Wood” is a name I have heard since he was in middle school. He is now a rising sophomore and has risen to the expectations. He is a strong academic prospect and will easily be an NCAA qualifier. In fall 2024, he will be the No. 1 QB for his team, and after the spring evaluation period and fall season of play, he will have the verbal offers we expect.
During the evaluation process for rankings, “Wood” was graded out as a potential Power 4 and Group of Five prospect. He is the early selection for the overall #6 prospect and the # 2 QB in the class of 2027
