Now back to playing for Benedictine Puccinelli amassed 25 total touchdowns this season. He really improved with his speed and pocket awareness in 2025, he is easily an FBS level quarterback. An excellent GPA (3.8) Puccinelli is poised for offers to trickle in very soon. Tracking his 40 down to 4.75 at 6’3 is pretty impressive, look for his name to be involved with a number of high level recruiters before his senior year begins.

With very good height and a good frame, Ralphie boasts a strong, accurate arm with good athleticism. during Top Performer selections. I think he belonged beside the Top Five, if not even higher than Lewis or Jackson if I’m being honest. You see my year-old ranking of Puccinelli, it’s obvious how much of a fan I am of the Glen Allen 2027. Looking back at tape I have, as well as some drone footage, I feel confident in saying that Puccinelli was easily a top-performing QB among a group of 20 or so present.
Great size, a lively arm, Puccinelli was second to Carlson in terms of wow/splash plays at this event. A confident passer willing to test any DB present, he and near-MVP

Puccinelli has a great frame and has the athleticism to be one of the best quarterback prospects Virginia has to offer. He has a quick release and can get the ball out of his hands quick. He can create off balance and has good creativity to make plays happen. I’m excited to see what he can do Sunday both as a quarterback in drills and as an athletic tester.

One of our top-ranked players for the class of ’27, Ralphie is a player who will be a name to watch over the next few seasons. He operates very well in the quick passing game, showing good timing and accuracy on his throws. Also shows an accurate deep ball with good arm strength. will be fun to watch for years to come. Already 6’2 he has a calming presence about him even when a play has broken down he does a great job going through his progressions. He can through on the run and in the pocket making him what many are saying as the top dual threat quarterback in the state for his class. You are going to like what this young man brings to the table trust me, he plays the game like he has been a starting qb for over 10 years.
