Phillip Baker Jr Phillip Baker Jr 6'0" | 175 lbs | QB Central | 2027 KY was someone who I hadn’t heard of before Sunday’s camp — but he is now on my radar for the rest of the 2026 season. Baker has an updated frame of 6’1″ and 190 pounds and has a cannon for an arm. Baker was one of the best deep ball throwers at the entire camp, fitting the ball over would-be defenders and into the waiting arms of his receivers in stride. Baker seemed very comfortable going through various footwork and drop-back drills. During one-on-ones, he did a good job at keeping his feet moving in the pocket, setting his hips, and stepping into his throws. He received an offer from KSU afterward, his second overall.
