About Parker
Expert Analysis
Josh White | Prep Redzone Scout
Turley has one of the more advanced throwing profiles in his class. His rapid-fire release generates consistent velocity in and out of the pocket, making him a threat on every snap. That three-level ability forces defenses to cover every blade of grass.
He’s just as dangerous with his legs, capable of extending plays and turning broken structure into explosives. When things break down, he can take it backyard-style and punish defenses with timely shots downfield. What stands out is his ability to maintain composure, mechanics, and accuracy regardless of circumstance. That combination keeps defensive coordinators up at night and makes him a name to watch this cycle.

is a talented passer from Buckhorn we have coming in as our #12 QB and #106 player in the state.
“At 6’3 170, Turley has the size, arm talent, and mobility to make a ton of highlight plays at the QB position. He’s impressive in the pocket, leads his receivers accurately downfield, and can deliver high-velocity throws through tight windows.
I think what really stands out with Turley is his ability to avoid pressure and improvise on the run. He’s quick on his feet, does a great job keeping his eyes downfield, and can constantly create something out of nothing. I seriously am excited to watch Turley this next year, he’s a player on the rise that everyone needs to look out for.“
If you haven’t watched Turley play, I highly recommend you do. He’s a really exciting player to watch with a huge junior season ahead next fall.

Turley’s arm talent is immediately noticeable. The ball comes off his hand with tight spin and consistent pace, and he generates velocity effortlessly. That effortless power allows him to attack all three levels of the field while maintaining zip.
His quick release limits sack exposure and reduces defensive reaction time, particularly in vertical concepts. He shows consistent success on the deep ball, both from a clean pocket and while moving outside of structure. What separates him further is his play extension ability — he’s athletic enough to avoid rushers, reset, and deliver on or off platform. Turley combines live-arm traits with elusive mobility, making him a quarterback defenses have to account for.
