Owen is a player I have seen kick live a handful of times and is a no doubt D1 level specialist and colleges are missing on him right now. Currently getting lots of interest from Georgetown recently, as well as visiting Maryland. Owen has a powerful leg having made a school record 54yard FG earlier this season. He also gets it done as a punter, with a 42yd avg punt and roughly half landing inside the 20. He is capable of doing a traditional punt or a roll out rugby style offering versatility in that area of the game. Owen is one of the premier specialist in the area and with his 3.9 GPA he would be a steal for any college and should be getting way more attention in the recruiting world from schools.
