Black made 21 total tackles on the defensive side of the football from the defensive tackle position. On the offensive side of the football, he lines up at offensive right tackle. He has the ability to plug up the middle and can line up on the edge defensively when need. I actually like what I see out of Block when he lines up at right tackle. Block is aggressive and explosive out of his stance and packs a powerful punch. I can see him as a mauler at guard in an offense the prioritizes the run.

is a rising two-way prospect with breakout potential heading into the 2027 season. Defensively, he shows the ability to disengage from blockers and get into pursuit quickly. He plays with good leverage at the point of attack, maintains the line of scrimmage, and consistently limits ball carriers to short gains.
Block also contributes on the offensive line, where he flashes brute strength and functional athleticism. His ability to move defenders in the run game while showing enough mobility to operate in space highlights his versatility. With continued development on both sides of the ball, Block projects as a physical, high-motor prospect whose best football is still ahead of him.
