Downey quarterback Oscar Rios Oscar Rios Oscar Rios 6'3" | 175 lbs | QB Downey | 2026 State CA announced his commitment to Arizona on Friday.

Rios is one of the top quarterbacks in the state and was excellent at the Elite 11 Finals last week.

His final two were Arizona and UCLA but he had several other offers and was previously committed to Purdue.

Rios is the fourth player from California in Arizona”s 2026 recruiting class and the first quarterback.
