He flashes burner speed and is a good route runner who can create separation on his own. Hoggs is an inside receiver who understands how to read the field and get open in zone. He does a good job of finding the soft spot and will settle down into those gaps. He’s good with the ball in his hands and can make something out of nothing. He’s willing to make catches over the middle and doesn’t hesitate. He gave Zionsville an outlet at times this year, putting up 25 catches for 319 yards and 4 TDs on the year.
