Schott checks all the boxes for a TE recruit that you could look for. He’s got the frame, the athleticism, downfield ability, core strength to block at the line, and can be a mismatch on the outside. He’s currently got offers from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, IU, and likely many more on the way.

Schott is gaining momentum quickly, and it’s easy to see why. He’s got the build you want at TE and moves really well for his size. He’s quick enough to get open and does real damage with the ball in his hands, which tells me he’s comfortable in space and confident after the catch. He can also hold his own blocking on the end of the line, and that’s always a huge plus. On top of that, a 4.0 GPA keeps every door open for him and shows me he’s disciplined off the field, too. I think the potential is sky-high.
