Wayzata has what seems like a boatload of new names hitting the scene and radar this 2026 fall season. A 2028 EDGE currently balling out in the non-varsity ranks, Nathaniel Wells has caught PRZMN’s attention thanks to a couple of good JV 6A showings against Andover and Edina. In the X film vs. Andover, Wells proves himself to be a DE with a strong base who can slip through gaps and blocking attempts along the LOS, and his heavy hands create separation when he puts the paws on, locks out, and extends. He’ll also pursue out to the edge with good hustle and speed. In the X film vs. Edina, he flashes a good get-off in pass rush settings, can shock and shed around the LOS, shows good play speed, and will close and tackle with pace.
