Brummett is a very smooth athlete who operates freely. His future might be on the baseball field because he’s a fairly good pitcher, but he’s also good on a football field. He’s quick and twitchy. He doesn’t chop his feet and finds the lanes immediately. He’s a smaller back who can get lost behind traffic as well, and defenses hate losing eyes on the ball carrier. His 335 yards and 11 TDs last season were likely the tip of the iceberg.
