About Malakai

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Fast downhill player. Can read plays and detect plays based on motion or moving guards. Very good at filling the gap and gets the job done in pass coverage. Times blitz very well and causes commotion and pressure when blitzing.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Killer mentality. When I get on the field it’s personal. Every play I am looking to hit someone as hard as I can even if they don’t have the ball.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

A-B honor roll in school

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am a very good leader. I am very passionate about the game of football. I am very loud on the football field checking off assignment calling out formation changes and holding people accountable. I serve at Church of the Highlands and have helped out at many homeless and humane shelters outside of that.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I had a broken finger back in spring of 2024 and played through the baseball season with that. I also suffered a broken tibia that was almost broken all the way through a couple of years back.

What type of college are you looking for?

Anyone who is going to give me a chance to prove myself and get exposure on the big stage.
