Mal Waldrep Mal Waldrep 6'5" | 295 lbs | OL Central | 2025 State AL has been one of the most dominant offensive linemen in the state these last few seasons, and it’s been easy to see. Throughout his time at Central, he consistently provided great work up front for his teammates and only got better each season. Waldrep thrives as an offensive tackle- his power, footwork, hand usage, and agility show up in every aspect of his game. When in pass protection, Waldrep is an anchor that doesn’t allow for any penetration/pressure on the quarterback- he can easily stonewall every pass rusher lined up against him with his size and athleticism and does much of the same in the run game as well. When running the ball, Waldrep excels at getting off the ball, opening wide lanes, and working from level to level to assist the ball carrier. It’s been great watching Waldrep’s film these last few years, he just signed on at Alabama a few weeks back and will end up being a massive addition to their 2025 class. Be on the lookout for him, it won’t be hard!
