has been one of the most dominant offensive linemen in the state these last few seasons, and it’s been easy to see. Throughout his time at Central, he consistently provided great work up front for his teammates and only got better each season. Waldrep thrives as an offensive tackle- his power, footwork, hand usage, and agility show up in every aspect of his game. When in pass protection, Waldrep is an anchor that doesn’t allow for any penetration/pressure on the quarterback- he can easily stonewall every pass rusher lined up against him with his size and athleticism and does much of the same in the run game as well. When running the ball, Waldrep excels at getting off the ball, opening wide lanes, and working from level to level to assist the ball carrier. It’s been great watching Waldrep’s film these last few years, he just signed on at Alabama a few weeks back and will end up being a massive addition to their 2025 class. Be on the lookout for him, it won’t be hard!

Waldrep has been one of the more well-talked-about OL prospects in Alabama over the last few years, and a recent commitment to the Crimson Tide culminates his work. Waldrep has exponentially filled out his frame, now hovering around 320 pounds. He takes most reps at LT, where he flashes the suddenness and speed in his pass set to catch and redirect pass rushers. His hands are elite, launching into the chest of defenders and manhandling whoever he gets his hands on. He has natural football instincts, which he uses to handle counter moves and flip from one defender to another. Waldrep could stick at LT, but he has a thicker, ready-made frame that would project well at any spot. Waldrep is physically ready and his game shows few critical flaws, meaning he is a high-floor prospect with multi-year starter potential.

is a dominant offensive linemen that has seen his recruitment take off on a whole new level in the last few weeks- the Central offensive linemen is looking like one of the top OL prospects in the state’s 2025 class and will absolutely be featured in our next Rankings update. Waldrep is a force on the offensive line that has the skill and talent to play both on the interior and the outside, but especially thrives at OT. At OT, Waldrep dominates the line of scrimmage- his power, footwork, hand usage, and ability to move show in every aspect of the game. If he is in pass protection there’s no chance the pocket will get disrupted on his side of the line with his ability to stonewall every pass rusher lined up against him, and in the run game, Waldrep excels at moving the line of scrimmage for the ball carrier, allowing lanes to open up and making an impact at the second level as well. It doesn’t matter how you come at an offensive linemen like this- they will find a way to pancake and embarrass you as a defender- and with this skill Waldrep has really been getting noticed recently- receiving offers from Georgia, Clemson, and Florida State within the last few weeks!
