Expert Analysis
Zack Reyes | Prep Redzone Scout
Pratt continues to show great development in every facet of his game since first popping up on the PRZ NV radar in 2023. He’s a stalwart LT now at 6’4″/310 that’s equally effective as both a run and pass blocker with the size, strength, and footwork he brings to the position. He has strong, active hands in pass pro, does a good job of getting to his landmarks in the run game, and finishes blocks through the whistle. Pratt picked up his first offer from Sacramento St. in the offseason and should continue to see his recruiting exposure rise over the coming months.

Pratt picked up his first D-I offer from Sacramento St. at the start of May. The #9-OL in the state’s 2026 class has been on the Prep Redzone Radar since back in 2023 after he put together a breakout season as a freshman for Coronado. He’d been one of Nevada’s top unoffered OL prospects to this point and could start to see his name up moving up college coaches’ boards with his first offer now in hand. Look for Pratt to add a few more offers heading into the fall.

Pratt continued to be a mainstay on the Coronado OL unit this season in his third year as a starter. He’s a strong OG that thrives as a run blocker where he can engage defenders and drive off the ball. Would like to see him be more aggressive with his hands and clean up some of his footwork, but coaches will like the solid anchor he shows in pass protection and the skill he brings to the run game. Look for Pratt to continue to sharpen his skillset and put his name on the radar as a top-10 OL in his class.

had a strong sophomore season for Coronado and it surprises me his recruitment has not picked up. The versatile center is bound to see schools close to Vegas be in contact throughout this year. I was impressed with Luke’s improved size and strength displayed as a run blocker at the point of attack. Coaches like Luke’s physicality and experience at every position along the O Line. Strong hands, good quickness, and flashes of next level power highlights Luke’s potential to be a versatile interior pass blocker in college.

quietly had a promising freshmen season as the center for the Coronado varsity football team. With loads of potential as a freshman, I am excited to see how Luke develops as a second-year player. Luke has attended camps at Utah Tech and UNLV this summer. Expect Luke’s sophomore season to be one that puts him on the radar of dozens more west coast recruiters.
Luke’s strength and flexibility shown driving bigger nose tackles with good leverage highlights his next level sustain ability. Good extension, acceleration, and leg drive show moving defensive tackles at the point of attack when inside runs are called. Luke shows good quickness and football IQ picking up inside blitzers in the run game. A good base, hand placement, and a solid anchor displayed as a pass protector versus varsity nose guards highlights Luke’s next level pass blocking ability.
