Expert Analysis
Zack Reyes | Prep Redzone Scout
Bell is a playmaker on the rise coming into his senior season with his new program- Coronado. Limited tape and production from his time at Liberty have him under the radar currently but has shown great development in his WR skillset at recent offseason camps. Quick, fluid athlete out of the slot that can create separation with deceptive breaks and possesses the hands, body control, and ball skills to make tough catches against tight coverage. Bell is firmly on the Vegas breakout radar coming into his senior season.

Bell was a new addition to this latest round of rankings mostly due to the promising quickness and athleticism the 5’11″/145 WR has flashed throughout the offseason. He shows good balance and change-of-direction coming out of his breaks and finishes the catch with soft hands. He likely fits in as a slot WR at the varsity level given his size and skillset. Bell’s a prospect worth keeping an eye on as he continues to grow and develop and look to carve out a role on Liberty’s offense over the next two seasons.

Bell has great route running skills, change of direction, and catching ability to be a great college football player. As Bell continues to develop look for Bell to make big plays for the powerhouse Liberty Patriots squad in his junior campaign. Bell makes big plays at the UNLV camp and in the 7 v. 7 scene this off-season.
