One of my favorite receiving weapons in this Class is Indian Trail’s Luke Peltier Luke Peltier 6'4" | 195 lbs | WR Kenosha Indian Trail | 2026 State WI . Luke does a great job of using that 6’4″ and now 205 lbs frame to create space, box out, and protect the ball while securing the catch. Luke also does a great job of playing above the rim, especially in the redzone. Indian Trail was able to scrimmage a couple teams recently and Luke put out some great clips of high-pointing the ball and showing off strong hands in traffic to secure the catch and win the 50/50 battle. Luke holds offers from Oshkosh and Eau Claire. I’m excited to see his senior season because he returns his QB and has plenty of varsity experience already. So I expect Luke to take over games when he gets the chance.

It is time to get excited about the 6’4″ 195 lbs WR/TE out of Indian Trail. Luke has a great frame to continue to build on to eventually become more of a full time TE that can line up out wide and eventually inline. The ’26 already does a consistently good job of winning and creating space with his superior size. He does well with his timing to high point the football, has the strength to win the body position battle before the catch, and he has the strong hands to make the catch in traffic. The long striding athlete does his best in the intermediate level where he can attack the middle of the field or sideline, finding soft spots, or mismatches against safeties/LBs. I’m excited for this year ahead for Luke.

Luke made his first varsity catch this past fall, and from there built a strong highlight reel showing off the early signs of next level traits. Luke has a big, strong frame at 6’3″ 195 lbs and it is great to see how well he uses and positions that frame to create separation and protect the ball. Every catch shows Luke either high pointing the ball over defenders or quickly boxing out the DB as he makes the catch to prevent them from getting their hands on the ball. The big man is also a willing blocker downfield. We are just seeing Luke scratch the surface on his talents. I’m excited to see how he continues to develop over the coming years.
