Luke Milligan Luke Milligan 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Lincoln Christian | 2024 State OK is the latest example of that as he took over for D1 signee Max Brown and the Bulldogs did not take a step back offensively. Milligan led a Lincoln Christian offense that really leaned on their offensive line with a dominating rushing attack. He wasn’t asked to do as much as some of the other quarterbacks on this breakdown but we’ve seen enough of him over the last three years to know that he belongs as one of the best of the best. Milligan is headed to NSU for the next level.
