Lincoln Christian defensive lineman Lincoln Torres Lincoln Torres 6'1" | DL Lincoln Christian | 2027 State OK has been an absolute force on both sides of the line of scrimmage for the Bulldogs over the last few seasons. Torres is starting to establish himself as one of the top defensive guys on the line of scrimmage in the state. College coaches are starting to pick up on that as well. Torres has had a really strong offseason, getting offers and interest from college programs across the country. He’s also been improving his numbers in the weight room, which is incredibly scary for the opponents on Lincoln Christian’s schedule this fall. And as Lincoln Christian drops down to 2A-1 this season, they’ll lean on the experience and overall impact of Torres to enter their new class this season and continue to dominate.

Junior offensive and defensive lineman Lincoln Torres Lincoln Torres 6'1" | DL Lincoln Christian | 2027 State OK returns to set the tone on both sides of the line of scrimmage. On offense, Torres started every game at left tackle in 2024 and will lead the way on that side of the ball. Defensively, he was a very underrated part of that dominant Lincoln Christian defense. Clogging up the middle of the line of scrimmage, Torres would finish the year with a little over 40 tackles and a pair of sacks. As we said earlier in the preview, we think that the strength (literally) of this Lincoln Christian defense will start on the line of scrimmage and Torres is a big reason why. But don’t forget the impact he’ll have on offense as well.

Lincoln Christian defensive lineman Lincoln Torres Lincoln Torres 6'1" | DL Lincoln Christian | 2027 State OK is another Bulldog to keep an eye on along the line of scrimmage. Like we mentioned with Ragland, Torres was a big part of a Lincoln Christian front seven that was among the best in the state, regardless of class. For Torres, he’s more of a traditional interior defensive lineman and similar to other guys at that position, their impact on the game goes further than your typical stats like tackles and sacks. If Torres is doing his job, and he did it very well in 2024, opposing offenses will look to avoid the middle of the line of scrimmage because Torres will bottle all of that up and cause absolute chaos on the line of scrimmage. Looking ahead to the 2025 season, Lincoln Christian will be very fun to watch on the defensive line.
