Flowers comes in at our number one quarterback in the 2024 class but also ranks as our number one overall quarterback in the state of Idaho. Flowers is a unique thrower of the football with the ability to make all the throws at every level. He has one of the purest throwing motions we have seen on film and doesn’t have a lot of wasted motion. Where he is truly elite is in his anticipatory throwing where he can really throw his wide receivers open. He throws one of the best deep balls in this class of passers and has good mobility that allows him to escape pressures. Montana is getting a special football player and will have another huge season for Rigby.

Flowers is coming off a monster junior season that saw him walk away with a state championship which may mean more to him than being player of the year. Flowers torched the state of idaho to the tune of completing 71% of his passes with 3,009 yard, 32 TDs and just seven INTs. He has been offered by Arizona but it is just a matter of time before Flowers starts racking up more and more Division 1 offers. One of most pure passers in the state of Idaho along with the western side of the United States, Flowers is also a plus athlete that can really hurt you with his legs as well. It won’t surprise anyone if he puts up huge numbers as a senior and will be a formidable player to knock out of the top spot in the 5A ranks.

The 5A player of the Year, Flowers lit it up this season with 3,009 yards passing to go with 32 touchdowns. A junior who uses elite arm strength with a fluid throwing motion to go with elite anticipation. Flowers never seems to be rattled during a game, always looking cool, calm and collected on the field. The junior quarterback led his team back to the state championship and capped off his season with a ring. There are plenty of things to like about Flowers game but the one that jumps off the page is his competitiveness, he does not like to lose and you can see it replicated in the way he plays. Flowers is not just a pocket passer with the ability to keep plays alive with his legs, he can hurt defenses if he decided to take off an run. With an offer from Arizona already the junior will be back to light up the 5A again next season.
