An underclassman who is already a PRZ WI Showcase veteran is the 6’1″ 260 lbs sophomore. Barker attended the Spring Showcase earlier this year. The young man has made some nice strides in his play along the interior of the OL since then, and came away as a top performer of the position this time around. I liked watching Logan in the drill work portion as I made my rounds from group to group. He was really taking in the coaching and putting what he was shown into action. Looking at the jump he made between showcases, Barker had to learn a new offense and blocking scheme this season. It was a year of learning for Barker, and seeing the growth tells me he is a coachable kid. I think he has a solid chance of making the jump to Friday nights next fall at one of the guard positions. With eight months to work before then, Logan could make another nice improvement to his overall game.
