Hageman had a stellar linebacking season. He had 104 total tackles (62 solo, 42 assisted), 15 TFL, 2 sacks, 1 INT, 3 PD, and 1 FF. The 6’3 205-pound linebacker has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, jumping, good speed, and lateral agility. Hageman is a force at linebacker. He uses his very good strength to eat up blocks, allowing very good block shedding. Good get off speed. Hageman is a very good blitzer, with good take off speed. He rushes the gaps and uses his very good tackling to get sacks or TFL. Hard hitter and very good in run support. Good read and reaction time. One thing of note is his very good ball tracking and catching. He plucks the ball out of the air for INTs and returns them as well. Hageman has good range and a good zone coverage as well. He has some great linebacking tape and has committed to the University of Northern Colorado !

At 6’3 and 200 pounds, Hageman has the frame, athleticism, and instincts to play at the Division I level. He finished last season with 75 tackles, 8 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, and 1 interception, proving he can impact the game in both run defense and coverage. Hageman impressed during spring ball in the @prepsuperleague as he played for @milehighprep and enters his final high school season as one of the most dynamic linebackers in the state. With sideline to sideline speed and the instincts to make big plays, Hageman is a true three down linebacker. He excels at getting off blocks, putting pressure on the quarterback, and making plays in coverage, including coming down with interceptions. Don’t be surprised if he becomes a major target for college scouts in 2026.

Hageman complemented his brother on defense, delivering an impressive performance of his own. He recorded five solo tackles and five assisted tackles, solidifying himself as a reliable presence on the opposite side. Lincoln’s ability to step up and make stops helped keep the pressure on the opposing offense. His performance, paired with his brother’s, made the Hageman duo a formidable defensive pairing for Erie, as both players consistently made big plays when their team needed it.

Hageman is a backer that is able to press into his gap and shed the blocker to make a tackle in the backfield or put pressure on the QB and get a sack. He has the speed to be able to shoot the gap and is a good open field tackler bringing the ball carrier down in a hurry. He has the ability to drop back into coverage and has good hands being able to take it the other way to the house on INTs. He is also a QB that you will need to keep an eye on as well.

Hageman is a player that will probably be waiting in the wings learning from a stud at the position but will definitely be a QB to keep an eye on moving forward. He has great vision and can scan the field quickly, putting the ball to only where the receiver can catch the ball. He can make every throw on the field but excels at intermediate to deep throws, hitting receivers in stride. When he takes off with the ball he uses his vision to find the hole and then can turn on the jets to outrun defenders. He can make throws on the run and can extend the play moving the pocket and hitting crossers when they get to open spaces.

Hageman is a young quarterback who successfully led Erie’s freshman team last season. He moves well for a 6-foot-3 freshman, showing promise as a tall pocket passer. His ball placement on intermediate and deep passes is impressive, which adds height to his ceiling as a future prospect. He has the awareness needed to avoid pressure and the ability to use his long stride to pick up yards with his legs when needed. Hageman is a quarterback with the potential to become an unexpected breakout prospect in the future, making him one to watch early.
