About Owen
Expert Analysis
Robert Davis | Prep Redzone Scout
Collard is a rising receiver whose size and speed give him a distinct edge in one on one matchups. He’s been active on the camp circuit this summer, pulling in D2 offers while also attracting attention from several FCS programs. Collard excels at creating separation downfield and shows flashes of being a complete receiver, capable of stretching the field vertically or blocking on the perimeter. With more opportunities this fall, he’s looking to solidify himself as one of the more complete wideouts/tight ends in his class. If he continues to trend upward, don’t be surprised to see his recruiting profile expand significantly.

Collard is a speedy receiver who thrives on stretching defenses vertically. His ability to get behind defenders makes him a constant deep threat, while his wide catch radius allows him to make difficult, highlight reel grabs. Collard is also a strong perimeter blocker, helping set the edge and create running lanes for his teammates. His combination of route running, speed, and willingness to contribute in multiple areas makes him a key player to know in this offense. Expect Collard to be a key playmaker this season as he continues to refine his game and expand his role.
