Archible was a watchlist wide receiver for several cycles, and the switch to full-time corner propels him into the rankings. He had several tackles as a run defender last year, but his explosive metrics indicate there’s more ball production to come as a senior.

Archible has been on our radar for a long, long time, mainly as a receiver, but it wasn’t until he made the switch to corner that he started to earn consistent playing time. He’s long, athletic, and has excellent upside as he continues to develop technically.

Originally on our watchlist as a receiver, Archible broke into Garner’s rotation at corner this season and played well. He has fantastic length and recovery speed, meaning he rarely gets beaten deep, and he’s able to jam receivers in press coverage.

Archible has good size and great speed, but didn’t get many opportunities behind some other talented receivers. As a junior, he’ll look to parlay his athleticism into a bigger role for Garner. If he can get on the field a bit more, we expect him to have a big junior season, with strong numbers to follow.
