Young measures in at 6’1 205-pounds playing DT for Roosevelt. He had 51 total tackles (15 solo, 36 assisted), 17.5 TFL, 4.5 sacks, 4 QB pressures, 3 FF, and 1 FR. Young has good athletic ability due to good acceleration and lateral quickness. Good initial quickness out of his stance. Maintains a low pad level and out muscles the lineman with his very good strength. Very good hand placement and good hand strength. Young splits double blocks and still creates pressure on the QB. Good tackling as well. I’m excited to see how he does this upcoming season!
