Hays is a hybrid guy that can line up at multiple position and create chaos on the defensive end. He has great vision and can read his keys to come down and make a play in a hurry. He has a knack for getting the ball loose from ball carriers and creating turnovers. He can drop back into coverage and his speed closes the distance to bat the ball down or lay a hit to dislodge the ball. He will be an up and coming player you will need to get familiar with.
