Young finished among the state’s leaders in INTs and led all 3A DBs with 7 in his junior season. Also caught 27 passes for 570 yards and 5 TDs on offense. Raw, high-upside athlete at 6’4″/180 that possesses all the length, ball skills, and physical tools to develop into a playmaker on either side of the ball at the next level. Good ball-tracking downfield from his WR spot and can present some matchup problems on the perimeter with his high-point ability. Two-sport standout in football and basketball. Young is one of the top returning athletes for Mater East coming into the 2025 season.
