After I picked his brain about the situation and he processed the feedback, Tinlin made the necessary adjustments and was able to complete his next handful of passes, showing a high level of coachability. His ability to learn and apply corrections in real time is a valuable trait. Paired with his natural arm strength and understanding of the game, Tinlin is a prospect with significant upside and plenty of opportunities to showcase his growth this offseason.
