He follows his offensive lineman in short yardage situation. Good outside running. Does a good job regaining balance when he starts to stumble. As a DB, he has a smooth back pedal. Does a great job timing pass breakups with his very good closing quickness. I’m excited to see how Nocita continues to boost his stock this off-season.

Nocita runs clean routes and displays natural hands, making him a reliable threat in the passing game. His acceleration allows him to create space quickly and pushing the defense vertically. Nocita was a standout at the camp. He was 1^st at the camp in the pro shuttle, 14^th nationally. 10^th in broad jump, and 12^th in the L-drill. The broad jump was a great example of his very good leg strength and explosion. He has very good change of direction, speed, and balance. Good acceleration. Nocita was fluid during the ladder drill, L-drill, and pro shuttle. I was impressed with how he competed, and is a name to know going forward.

Nocita showed his ability to impact the game in multiple ways with a strong performance in Week 0. He finished with 12 total tackles and a tackle for loss, flying downhill to support against the run while also showing instincts in coverage. Nocita’s ability to read keys and drive on the football allowed him to be disruptive and make plays all over the field. His range and aggressiveness give his defense an edge, and this performance should serve as a springboard for his season. With a chip on his shoulder, Nocita is positioning himself as a riser in the rankings moving forward.
