Romo is a physical, high motor defensive back who brings versatility to both the secondary and special teams. As a corner, he excels in press coverage, using his strength to disrupt routes at the line of scrimmage and reroute receivers. He's equally impressive against the run, shedding blocks quickly and delivering punishing tackles in space. With his physical tools, polished technique, and willingness to support the run, Romo is a name that will gain traction quickly, especially as he enters the camp circuit.     After missing last season, Chatman returns with high expectations and buzz surrounding his potential. A fluid athlete, he's quick in and out of breaks and maintains solid positioning to keep receivers in front of him. With key departures on his team, Chatman is expected to take on a leadership role and anchor the secondary. If he returns to full form, he'll be one of the top players in the 2027 class and a DB to keep a close eye on.     Tinlin is a rangy, instinctive safety with fluid hips and excellent closing speed. He excels in coverage, often undercutting routes to generate turnovers, finishing last season with four interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown. He's also a force against the run, capable of dropping into the box and blowing up plays in the backfield. His dual threat ability as a coverage defender and run stopper makes him a serious stock riser heading into the season.     A track athlete who's clocked a 10.70 in the 100 meters, Johnston uses his elite speed to lock down opposing receivers. He's a reliable open field tackler and brings physicality to run support, often flying out of his breaks to make plays on the ball. Last season, he totaled 32 tackles and recorded one interception. With seniors graduating, Johnston is expected to take on a larger role and could emerge as one of the top cornerbacks in his region.     Reddix is a hard hitting safety with top tier closing speed and excellent ball skills. He shows natural instincts in coverage, regularly jumping routes and is able to get in to breakup passes or dislodge the football from receivers. With the ability to drop down into the box and deliver some big hits, Reddix is a complete defender. His combination of range, physicality, and open field tackling puts him in prime position to rise in the rankings this year, likely cracking the top 50 in the 2027 class.
