The 2027 WR/DB started his 2025-2026 school year off with an outstanding football season. He was the team’s leading receiving threat, finishing with 63 receptions, 979 yards, and 13 TDs on offense. He also added 24 tackles and 1 FF on defense.

He carried that high impact performance into the basketball season where he is one of the top scoring juniors in the state. Keegan currently has a stat line of 23 PPG, 3.9 RPG, and 1.5 APG. That leads the team in points, and is Top 3 for rebounds and assists per game.

Not surprising to see Keegan contributing so consistently across sports. He is an explosive athlete with strong instincts and playmaking abilities. The 2027 athlete is one to watch year round.

Keegan is a very intriguing receiver in the Class of 2027. He isn’t the biggest WR, but finds so much success on the outside. The junior is able to make so many plays downfield that you would expect to see from a much bigger WR. Keegan has such good ball skills, knowing when to come back to the ball, time his jumps, and also shows very strong hands to rip it away from traffic. The dynamic weapon should once again be near the top of the charts thanks to his talents and having his QB return in 2026 with him.

The two came together for an unforgettable night vs West Allis Central on October 10 when Keegan reeled in 9 receptions for 114 yards and an insane 5 TDs. Keegan used the 2025 season to launch himself onto our radar and the radar of college coaches. On that night of the 10th we saw Keegan make several difficult catches in traffic and show that he could fight off that contact after the catch and turn those receptions into huge plays. We have talked about some impressive, big WRs in this article. Keegan brings a different array of traits to the field. The 6′ 165 lbs junior WR wins with his quick twitch athleticism, route running, and hands. Keegan can explode off the line to eat up cushion and stack the CB then pull away deep downfield. He can also open up separation with his ability to cut on a dime and accelerate out of breaks in the quick passing game. His elusive route running is so difficult to play man against at the HS level because DBs can’t run with him through route breaks. The 2027 produces at a very high level, verifying his talents.

Keegan is a new athlete to my radar, but since Week 1 I haven’t been able to miss him. The junior WR has been the go-to option for the pass-heavy Waukesha South offense. The first few plays show a WR with a strong ability of tracking the football deep downfield and making the last second adjustment to secure the catch away from the DB. Keegan wins a ton of his reps with his quick twitch athleticism and how he uses it to be an effective route runner. The 2027 is able to create separation so early in the play, giving his QB easy targets. The junior is in the midst of a breakout campaign.
