Pleis has had one of the better off-seasons of any northern California prospect as we head into the 2024 season, and has seen a slew of offers roll in in recent months from some big time programs. He is a long edge rusher that is still raw but shows a variety of pass rush moves at his disposal, has good bend around the edge and closing speed when collapsing the pocket while strong against the run with heavy hands and lockout. Currently, Pleis holds offers from SDSU, Air Force, Army and UNLV and is one of the top returning defenders across the Bay Area for what is another loaded Wolves squad.
