Varise is one of the top ’28 offensive prospects in the bay area and should fit nicely as a interior guy in college depending on how he grows and develops over the next two seasons. He is strong and physical at the POA with a good punch, inside hands and finish abilities downfield while able to run off the ball and get immediate vertical push. He shows he is comfortable blocking in space and pulling across to kick out denting edge players and does a nice job staying within his frame and not over-extending. Overall, he is a balanced player in the run game and pass protection with nasty intentions at the first two levels and is poised for a big Junior breakout season.
