He is twitchy and explosive off the ball, can create seperation downfield and has strong hands in traffic and when going up to win on contested balls. He shows he can box out smaller defenders and is strong after the catch with twitch to make tacklers miss in the flats before bursting downfield. Scott also is effective in the return game and is a smooth and fluid athlete that checks all the boxes at multiple positions. He is strong and physical at the POA with a good punch, inside hands and finish abilities downfield while able to run off the ball and get immediate vertical push. He shows he is comfortable blocking in space and pulling across to kick out denting edge players and does a nice job staying within his frame and not over-extending. He is a twitched up and explosive edge rusher with natural bend, initial sudden power and heavy hands to hold and set the edge while able to quickly club off blocks and collapse the pocket quickly. He is very technically sound with his hands, understands leverage and blocks with a nasty finish downfield and can sustain blocks at the first two levels. He is explosive out of his stance with a strong base, balanced frame and gets underneath bigger defenders with proper leverage and hip power when running off the ball.
