Expert Analysis
Matt DeBary | Prep Redzone Scout
One of the more productive senior receivers across the state in the 2026 class, Beasley is a North Georgia pass-catcher who absolutely dominated this season, catching 78 passes for 1,558 yards and 16 touchdowns, averaging 130 yards per game. He’s a natural pass-catcher and a smooth route-runner who gets up the field quickly and is always looking to score. He was a major contributor every week and is easily one of the better uncommitted senior wide receivers in Georgia. The crazy, sure-handed receiver stands at 5-foot-10 165-pounds and is now ranked as the No. 29 WR prospect in the state

Beasley is one of my favorite wide receivers in the North Georgia area, because even though he seems undersized at times, he is almost like a cheat code. He is very fast and has big play ability, which was shown in their game against Lumpkin County. I believe he is one of the better quick-cutting receivers, and he has been a major weapon for

, who I remain a fan of at this time. Hawkins is easily a top QB in the state, and a lot of thanks goes out to the receivers, as even if Hawkins makes a play, the receivers have to hold their part of the deal. Beasley is a two-way player who has real breakout potential in this game.

A quick, twitchy wideout from North Georgia lighting up the stat sheet right now, Beasley is a precise route-runner with plenty of speed who can score from anywhere on the field. The sure-handed Calhoun native has hauled in 62 passes this season for 1,177 yards and an impressive 12 touchdowns in just eight games. He’s hit the 100-yard mark in every game this year and is the leading receiver across the state in the 2026 class. He’s playing at a really high level and will see a big bump in the next 2027 Prep Redzone rankings.

Justin Beasley has been on my radar for a few years now, but it’s his emergence as a senior that is generating the most buzz as his HS career winds down. Beasley threatens each level of the field. He is an obvious slot, YAC projection given his size, ability to shake defenders, and breakaway speed. However, he frequently makes plays well beyond the line of scrimmage. He has the speed to eliminate cushion and is able to sink his hips at the top of his route. Beasley is an absolute burner and a TD threat from any spot on the field.

A quick and elusive receiver in North Georgia, Beasley Jr kicked his senior season off strong with two big performances in his first two games. The speedy pass-catcher caught five passes for 101 yards and one touchdown in a week one win over Creekview before catching eight passes for 187 yards and another touchdown in a week two win over Westminster. He’s dependable in the open field and knows how to make defenders miss with ease. He can stretch the field, tracks the ball well in the air, and works the sideline well too. He’s been one of the better receivers in the area and has a chance to be one of the region’s leading receivers this year.

Beasley Jr. is an exceptional receiver, and he is one who can really take the top off of a defense. He has great hands and a high in game IQ. Once he gets the ball in his hands, he’s as dynamic as any receiver in the 2026 class. Beasley played a pivotal role in last year’s State Championship victory.

Beasley is one of the states most underrated receivers in my opinion. He doesn’t seem to worry about all of the hype yet he goes out there and gets the job done and exceeds the task at hand. Beasley will be a next level player simply because he is a game breaker and will break a game wide open with his big play ability. He’s a big play guy who can stretch and defense and take the top off the secondary along with being able to catch and go weaving in and out of defenses. He’s a dynamic playmaker who can call himself a state champ after winning a state title last season at Calhoun High School, (GA). Beasley played a great deal in their teams title run. I expect him to have his best season thus far this upcoming season.
