He was a standout then and was one this time too. Reid has the all-around style that can really hurt defenses. He competes, gets after it and gives it 110% at all times. I love what he brings to the table, and this off-season should be big for him. 2026 will be a massive season for him.

Reid is part of one of the better running back cores in the state of Georgia. I believe he is a ton name when it comes to the event, as he is one of the better decision-making running backs. Every cut he makes is like a chess move, which is something I personally love to see. There is no time for unneeded cuts, and you don’t get that with a guy like Reid. Reid is one of the better players in the state when it comes to his development. He had an awesome 2025, but an even bigger 2026 is ahead of him.

Reid really stood out at this camp as I was working with the running backs during this particular camp and Reid was a very consistent standout and a guy, I was very impressed with. He brings an all-around style to his game, and I really feel that he will show this at our Winter Showcase this upcoming weekend.

I worked with Reid closely at a camp and I was extremely impressed with his ability to process the game quickly and apply it to his game. The ability he’s got the all-around running style that most running backs would love to have. Reid Jr. is going to be a force within the 2028 class this upcoming season.

Most other players on this list bring lateral and twitchy explosiveness, but Reid is a pure north/south runner who will shrug off tacklers and drive a pile when needed. Reid is in a league of his own when it comes to frame and could be ready to go physically at the varsity level. His future development in the speed department will determine his upside, but he is clearly a multi-year contributor at the varsity level. He will play HS ball this fall at Calhoun.
