Josiah played well as a Sophomore in 2023. His solid play helped the Glenville Tarblooders to a 13-win season where they held opposing offenses to 12.1 points per game and win the Division IV State Championship. He plays as an OLB. Against the pass, he does a great job of reading the QB and locates the ball in the air before showing good hands as he makes the interception. After the pick is made, he uses his very good play speed to outrun everyone as he scores on a pick 6. Against the run, he quickly locates the RB, plays with good leverage and delivers a nice form tackle preventing a gain of significant yardage.
